The 3 Valleys
The 3 Valleys are well-known throughout the world as one of the world´s five largest ski domains, with over 600km of trails. 85% of these trails are at a height of over 1,800m, which means a guaranteed maximum snow cover from the beginning of December to the end of April. The 3 Valleys domain is adapted to all types of skier, with 50% easy trails (green and blue) and 50% expert trails (red and black) – whatever your level, you are sure to find the right place to ski for you! Trained staff ensure the pistes are kept in excellent condition throughout the season, and with the help of 2,000 snow machines, the snow remains smooth and silky at all times. 180 ski lifts maximise your skiing time on the slopes. Finally, advanced security measures make the domain a safe place for all the family – sensory ski tows allow easy access and descent, and 180 on-site first-aiders are there to anticipate, prevent and resolve accidents.
Discover the magnificent landscape of the ´Massif du Mont Blanc´ (to the north) and the ´Massif des Ecrins´ (to the south), complemented by an incomparable view of the Swiss and Italian Alps from north to west. In just a few hours, you can reach the highest point of the Three Valleys, the ´Pointe de Thorens´ (3266m), thanks to the speed and efficiency of the domain´s ski lifts.
